    • Produced construction details for project drawings.

    • Produced construction details and site grading design.

  • Bellevue at Main, Bellevue, WA
    • Served as main firm collaborator for project, from schematic inception to submission to the City of Bellevue of full package of design approvals. Produced all required documentation for design review, such as Land Use Review, Preliminary Landscape Design, Parking design, Street Lighting plan, and Site Plan. Collaborated closely with consultants and clients as primary contact for the project. Produced schematic drawings, color renderings, floor plans as well as residential unit plans and floor plans for commercial units. The project acquired design review approval at all stages.
